1. What OddsAhead Is

OddsAhead is a sports betting research and information tool. We provide odds aggregation, match analysis, alerts, and dashboard features for informational and educational purposes only.

OddsAhead is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, casino, financial advisor, or gambling operator.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You may use OddsAhead only if you are legally able to form a binding agreement and are permitted to access sports betting-related information in your jurisdiction.

• You may sign in using Google, email magic links, or other login methods we make available.
• You are responsible for keeping your account and devices secure.
• You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate another person.
• We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your account is being used unlawfully, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.

3. Research Only, No Guarantees

Nothing on OddsAhead is financial, legal, investment, or gambling advice. Any odds, models, scores, alerts, trends, or recommendations are provided for informational purposes only.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions, including whether to place a wager and how much risk to take.

We do not guarantee winnings, profitability, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or any particular result. Sports betting involves risk. You can lose money. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

4. Acceptable Use

• You may not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, resell, or redistribute the service or its data without permission.
• You may not reverse engineer, disrupt, probe, or bypass authentication, security, or rate limits.
• You may not upload malware, harmful code, or malicious automation.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features may be offered on a paid subscription basis. If you purchase a subscription, payment processing is handled by third-party providers such as Stripe.

• Prices, plans, and features may change over time.
• Recurring subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Except where required by law, fees are generally non-refundable once charged.

6. Third-Party Services

OddsAhead relies on third-party services including Google, Stripe, and email providers. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

7. Ownership

OddsAhead and its branding, interface, content, software, and materials are owned by OddsAhead or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your personal or internal business use.

8. Service Changes and Disclaimers

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OddsAhead is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OddsAhead and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, wagers, or other losses arising out of or related to your use of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to OddsAhead in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100), whichever is greater.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms or misused the service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OddsAhead operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

This section can later be updated with a specific state and venue once you choose your legal entity and jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may revise the effective date above and provide additional notice where appropriate.
